Warranty

All Ciel Doré jewelry is under warranty and covered for 3 years from the date of purchase. We’ll replace your product if any damage from our manufacture or workmanship of the jewelry occurs. Just contact us cieldorejewels@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Important to Note:

Our warranty does not cover lost items, scratches, dents, or damages that come with normal wear and tear (broken link to chain, tarnishing), improper cleaning or storage of your product, and any modification, customization, or repair to your product done by a third party.

Items purchased through a third-party vendor outside of Ciel Doré are not covered under our warranty. Please reach out to the company you purchased the products from.
It is not recommended to have our products modified or worked on by a third-party jewelry and doing so will forfeit your rights to a refund or replacement under our warranty. Ciel Doré does not offer repair or resizing. If your jewelry is defective and covered under the warranty, please email your order number and an image of your defective product to cieldorejewels@gmail.com
